Key responsibilities
Ensure business service levels across the Maersk IT estate are maintained to the highest standards
Clear business led communication to senior IT and business stakeholders
Make operational decisions based on data provided by shift resources to restore business service or address urgent security events
Manage vendors to resolve the issue and stop any ongoing business impact
Document, communicate and log follow up actions for later triage, prioritisation and action to avoid reoccurrences.
We are looking for
Worked in a high-pressured IT Operations 24/7 function
Must be able to lead in a rapidly changing, very complex and technical environment
Must be able to translate technical issues into transparent business language
Highly organised and business service first attitude with a strong personality to be able to push back on requests where necessary
Must be hands on and be able to work under pressure
Must be a leader and a team player and able to work with and through others
Broad technical knowledge across IT Operations
Good understanding of cloud technologies and application architecture
