Role & Responsibilities:
Design and Develop using Big Data application frameworks & tools like Hadoop, Cassandra or MongoDB etc.
Design and development large scale distributed data systems around existing loyalty/ CRM solution using big data technology.
Use variety of Big Data technologies to create exceptional personalized customer experiences and solve difficult business problems.
Establish, manage, and perform analytics on very large databases, of multiple formats.
Gather and process raw data at scale including writing scripts, calling APIs, write SQL queries, etc.
Hands-on Big Data using Hadoop/Spark and machine learning to solve large-scale problems.
Integrate big data solutions and algorithms into loyalty/ CRM solution.
Establish, manage, and perform analytics on very large databases, of multiple formats.

Process unstructured data into a form suitable for analysis and then do the analysis.
Support business decisions with adhoc analysis as needed.
In-depth experience on programming or scripting languages for querying, analysis, and developing visualizations based on the resulting analytics insights with strong design, debugging, and optimization skills.
Work with software development and project/ development manager on a day-to-day basis.

Desired Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
BE/ B.Tech with 3+ Years. hands on experience in developing Big Data Solutions using tools like Apache Hadoop, Cassandra or MongoDB.
Ability to solve large scale problems using Big Data Hadoop/Spark and machine learning.
Ability to manage big data environment, and support the team with processing and maintenance of both structured and unstructured data.
Ability to leverage relevant programming language for querying, analysis, and developing visualizations based on the resulting analytics insights with strong design, debugging, and optimization skills.
Ability to document use cases, solutions and recommendations.

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
