Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas Actionable (4-6)Portfolio Management Working Capital Products Early Delinquency and Mortality to be under control NPA % should be minimal Housekeeping under control CAM renewals under controlTAT Management Ensure Credit TAT within benchmark CPA TAT should be under controlMonitoring of vendor performance Vendor appointment as per business requirement Ensuring quality of reports Ensuring vendor TAT.Adherence of Credit Policy & Processes No deviation in adhered process No deviation to policy and regulatory guidelines Highlight ground level feedback MIS Analysis Ensure individual productivity Ensure asset quality of individual portfolio Taking additional responsibility by way of handling vendor management and smoothening of processCompliance, Audit and CRU requirements Any queries related to audit or compliance to be reviewed within TAT Any local response / MIS requested by central team to be provided promptlySkillsBanking Product & Process KnowledgeCommunicationKnowledge of Industry.
