nrnTroubleshoot and resolve deskside incidentsrnrn
nrnManage disk and folder sharing, and permissionrnsettings on desktopsrnrn
nrnAssist users in accessing applications rnrn
nrnVendor co-ordination in terms of Call logging,rntracking and closure for OEM calls pertain to hardware, software.rnrn
nrnTroubleshooting desktop / laptop OS issues.rnrn
nrnSupport for standard softwarernissuesrnrn
nrnIsolate system issues;rndiagnose standard softwarernissues and report hardware issues tornrespective Vendors.rnrn
nrnInstallation / re-installation / configuration of desktops/laptopsrnrn
nrnConfigurerndesktop andrnlaptop as per the desktop/laptop standardization policiesrnof Client.rnrn
nrnInstallation / re-installationrn/ configuration of in-scope client softwarern/ applicationsrnrn
