Job Description
Experience - 4 - 6 Years
Essential
ISEB/ISTQB qualified or equivalent in software testing advantageous
Should be well-versed about Agile Methodologies and terminologies.
In depth understanding and use of formal testing techniques andmethods
Sound understanding and experience of software development andtesting lifecycle
Good analytical skill, attention to detail and documentation of testingand results
Experience on Selenium Automation tool.
Experience of Test Management and Defect Tracking tools
Experience of SQL Server 2005 2008 advantageous
Switching between Manual and Automation as per need
Ability to work pro-actively on own, managing workload and timewhen required
Ability to work well in a team.
Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical information
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
Ability to interpret and understand complex requirements and producetest cases to cover all scenarios
Understand impact/risk analysis and ensure that testing activities reflect this
