Job Description

Securities Offered to bank Should be Encumbrance free ONLINE Verification to be done Revalidation of TSR Issued By lawyers to be done . Lawyer review to be done Negative Mutation Cases Pertaining to Agri to be tracked . Ensuring collateral Perfection . Post Audit Review to have very minimal errors Adherence to policy rolled out for TSR Lawyer wise tracking of repeated errors Alert Lawyer pulled up and tracked closely on erring aspectsProcess Standardization and efficiency improvement Legal checklist being implemented across all locations TSR Positive / Negative trend to be monitored monthly basis. Error rates on TSR data entry monitored weekly. Thir year negative mutation cases on account of collateral Imperfection are to be tracked & action for the same to be initiated . Vendor efficiency being tracked on various parameters and penalty being levied on errors/poor efficiency/TATs Audit findings in terms of critical exceptions being understood and ensured that the same mistake is not repeated in other locations, within the region Basic Legal Document requirment training to sales team and vendors.SkillsExcellent Process understandingLarge Data management skillsPresentation skillsInterpersonal skills to deal with seniors and departments Pan India
