PRODUCTION - SPECIALIST / ENGINEER / OPERATOR
(PRODUCTION / QUALITY / ASSEMBLY DEPARTMENT)
3rd BATCH REQUIED: 100 Nos
Basic Salary:
==========
1st to 3rd month (probation period) - 3500 RM (700 Sg$ = Rs.40000/- + O.T Extra)
4th to 6th month (probation period)- 3800 RM (760 Sg$ = Rs.42500/- + O.T Extra)
After 6 months - 4000 RM (800 Sg$ = Rs.45000/- + O.T Extra)
Average Take Home Salary- Rs.60000/- (Approximately including O.T)

General Terms & Conditions:

@ Location: SHANGHAI, CHINA
@ Contract: Two years (will be extended by mutual understand)
@ Age : 23 - 35 years
@ Qualification : B.E / B.Tech (Mech/Electrical/Electronics/EEE/ECE/IT) any
@ Passed out year: YEAR 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 any year passed out candidates OK
@ Experience : min. 2.00 years in any industry (Production, QC, Assembly)
@ Working Hours: 10hrs/day (includes 1 hr Lunch, Tea), 6 days/week, 26 days/month
@ Over Time: O.T available (payment extra)
@ Allowances: Performance allowance and incentives as per company policy
@ Rest / Off: Monthly 2 days off
@ Food: will be provided by company
@ Accommodation: will be provided by company
@ Transportation: will be provided by company (Hostel to- Company to- Hostel)
@ Medical : Medical will be provided by company
@ Insurance: will be provided as per China Labour Law
@ Annual vacation: Benefits as per China Labour Law
@ Other benefits : As per China Labour Law
@ Process Time : 30 40 days to Fly

1) CV with SKYPE ID and Photo (CV must be in Word Format .docx )
2) 10th/12th Mark sheet
3) B.E/B.Tech Certificate (Degree in any discipline - Mech/Elec/Electronics/EEE/ECE/IT)
4) Min. 2 years Experience certificates / Offer Letter / Appointment Letter
5) Passport copies (Front & Last page)
6) Latest PP photo
Additional Documents at the time of Visa process:

7) Birth Certificate / Marriage Certificate (If married)
8) Degree Certificate must be attested in MEA, New Delhi & China Embassy New Delhi
9) Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) - attestation with MEA & CHINA Embassy, New Delhi
10) Medical Fitness Test & Report (for normal disease for Work Permit process)
11) Covid-19 Test Report (After Visa Stamping, 48 hours before departure from India)
Note: Sl.No.8, 9, 10 & 11 all Expenditure responsible by candidates

VISA PROCESS & DEPARTURE:
========================
1.Candidates documents will be forwarded to CHINA Employer.
2.Shortlisted candidates must come along with passport for verification.
3.Shortlisted candidates must be free in ONLINE on SKYPE interview date.
4. SKYPE Interview will be conducted on: 29/01/2021 & 02/02/2021
5.Candidate can come to our Chennai premises to attend the SKYPE INTERVIEW
6.Candidate can also attend the SKYPE INTERVIEW from their home itself
7.Selected candidate must take a Medical Test and submit their Medical Fitness Report.
8.If Medical Report is FIT, then Employer will issue JOB CONFIRMATION LETTER.
9.Candidate must sign in the JOB CONFIRMATION ETTER for next process.
10.Candidate should apply PCC in ONLINE (www.passportindia.gov.in)
11.Then Original DEGREE certificate & PCC must get ATTESTATION from MEA, India
12.Also your DEGREE & PCC must get ATTESTATION from CHINA EMBASSY, New Delhi
13.A copy of ATTESTED certificates must send to Employer for WORK PERMIT process.
14.Employer will take 3 weeks for your WORK PERMIT and other documents for VISA.
15.Then Employer will send you the following documents
(i)Original Work Permit
(ii)Employment Contract Agreement
(iii)Accommodation Agreement
(iv)Employer Affidavit for Transportation, Medical, Insurance
(v)Employer Company Registration Related Certificates
16.Then, all company side documents + Candidate side documents will be submitted along with
VISA APPLICATION at CHINA EMBASSY, New Delhi
17.Within 5 to 7 days, you will be getting WORK VISA STAMPING in your passport.
18.After VISA Stamping, Candidate needs to fulfill the formalities and Collect their TRAVEL
DOCUMENTS and fly within a week to CHINA.
19.EMPLOYER representative will be receiving you at AIRPORT and take you to COMPANY.
