Job Description

Should have 1-5 years of IT Recruitment experience
Client Handling Ability
Strong Sourcing techniques
Should have good Oral and written communication skills
Should have hands-on experience in handling IT Recruitment Permanent & Contract positions
Strong in using leading job portals Naukri & Monster
Strong Working experience on linkedin
Ability to effectively use tools like LinkedIn, Instahyre,Stack overflow,or any relavent sourcing media to identify high-quality engineering talent.
Experience with hiring for engineering teams in the past ( SSE, SDE, QA, DevOps, Product hiring, Engineering Leadership Roles, etc.) -(Not Mandatory for all - Relevant for candidates with Product Hiring Background)
Strong in Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails / Job Postings etc
Able to understand Tech Skills Sets in Niche & Super Niche
Strong willingness to build career in Recruitment area
Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationship
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Should have good convincing and negotiable skill
Strong team player and pro-active
