- HR general and specialist role
- Challenge the status quo and orthodox company policies
- Change and people manager
- Strategy execution by removing barriers at all levels for organisational development
- Identify, attract, develop, engage and mentor talents
- Assemble remarkable team. Inspire & coach team for extraordinary results
- Exposure to restructuring and employee consultations
- Labour Law and best practices in industries in dealing with ER cases
- Effective time management with challenging workload
- Effective communication and employee engagement skills
- Managing challenging and conflicting work environment and priorities
- Good competence on MS Office and any other HRIS (e.g. Workday) skills
