Responsibilities:
  • Identify partners needs and effectively engage with them to handle communication, alignment, reporting and escalations
  • Demonstrate effective leadership in managing diverse teams and demonstrate ability to manage through front-line supervisors
  • Ensure that the SLAs (both internal and partner/client) of all the services are met or exceeded

Job Requirements
Skill set required:
  • 7+ years of overall years of experience in financial ITES/Operations sector especially in calculation or U.S. retirement industry (Define Benefits)
  • 3+ years of direct experience of managing teams (10-12 members)
  • People management experience, preferably in back office operations
