Ensure that 100% DIFOT is met in all retail, exports and FS supplies
Ensure that there are no major or critical customer complaints
Ensure that all manufacturing and R&M costs are within budget
Ensure that audits are all conducted timely and with no NCs in the areas under FM
Provide leadership by training, developing and motivating every team member under FM
MIS , PV and PM all done promptly
Job Requirements Accountabilities
Plan daily, weekly & monthly production schedules aligning with PP trackers and inventory holdings to reach 100% DIFOT
All in process controls monitored and maintained thoroughly to prevent proactively product complaints
Study machine and labour productivity based on activity and product to set right budget. Do timely checks on the labour and machine performances to see that budgets are met. Preventive maintenance done on timely basis to reduce R&M costs and breakdowns.
Plan audits without hampering production seriously and score well for business improvement
Have training calendar, individual development plan and motivation plan prepared and executed for every team member.
Make right MIS format and follow it daily. PV on time and analyse to ensure least D&E.

Actual costs v/s budgets for manufacturing costs and R&M
FSSC & FS audit score chart analysis
HR check on motivation level and HQ for employees under the team leader
MIS promptness, PV promptness and D&E status, stoppage time / breakdown score analysis
