Job Description
Urgent opening for Excise Executive in Manufacturing Industry @ Derabassi
Experience - 2 to 4 Years in Excise only
Salary - 15,000 to 18,000 per month
Male Candidate
Qualification - Graduate
Candidate must have working knowledge of MS Office
Candidate must have adequate knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi & English language (Verbal & Written)
Email Writing Skills
Good interpersonal/people skills
Job Profile
Should be knowledge of Excise, Customs & Service Tax procedures of manufacturing unit.
Responsible for monthly internal audit of Manufacturing
plants in terms to ensure the non-compliance of Excise & Service tax,
monthly reconciliation of Excise & Service records with accounts, Daily MIS Report.
To ensure all the procedures followed as per SOP.
Sales Tax Assessment.
GST Invoicing, should be Good knowledge of GST
Solving queries commodity wise Excise also Customs duty structure.
Taking credit like as bill of entry credit & capital goods credit.
Registration of Excise and Service Tax.
Maintain good relation with government persons for smoothly working.
Sales return entries and their Credit.
Knowledge of Service Tax Return ST-3.
Utilization of CENVAT Credit towards duty payment.
Making returns of ER-1 & ER-6.
RG-1 Register/Daily Stock Account (DSA).
To manage Excise activity like intimation letter, necessary permissions, submission of any Bond.
Pre-Export Documentation.
Intimating Excise Officers about the arrival of duty-free purchase of imported and local goods And Submit the documents thereof.
Procurement certificate for duty-free purchase of local and imported raw material/Capital Goods
