Sr. Manager / Chief Manager POSITION GRADE L4/L5
OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
Primarily responsible for sourcing & on-boarding IFAs
Developing & Sustaining relationships with IFAs
Channel Sales & Partner Management
Focus on improving Mind share & Wallet share (sales & business development)
Strong business & industry/market intelligence (competitive offerings, regulatory changes, investment products)
Plan & conduct special sales initiatives, activities & events with IFAs for their existing & prospective clients
Facilitate & guide the Business Associate in Operational & Back-Office issues
Track investor complaints/queries & turnaround time for distributors

CRM (Adherence to basic hygiene, sales/call report)
Effective Communication & Networking

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate or Post Graduate
Work Experience:
2-5 years of relevant experience in MF Sales IFA Channel
