Pune for a Finance Manager distributes the financial resources of a company, is responsible for the budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.Roles & responsibilities Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company Research and analyze financial reports and market trends Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company Managing the entire gamut of financial, commercial and accounting activities. Business Planning and budgeting for effective financial management of the organization, to achieve its corporate objectives. Be responsible for project evaluation and feasibility. Preparing annual budgets for operations, and periodical forecasts exercising budgetary control and managing the working capital. Supervising the preparation of statutory, management and divisional accounts Ensuring timely assessment and filing of corporate and individual direct and indirect taxation. Liaison with commercial banks for fund and non-fund based limits. Identifying and coordinating special projects for enhancing the organizations performance.
