Job Description

Urgently required Manager/Assistant Manager for our Freight Forwarding Division.

Job Role :

Complete sales ownership of customer
Build and maintain relationships with customers and grow customer base.
Follow up on leads provided by BUs get business on board.
Negotiating sales deals with customers and following up on a regular basis
Achievement and monitoring of individual/ team sales targets by maintaining robust sales pipeline and providing guidance to sales professionals.
Achieve budgeted margins for business
Responsible for entire customer acquisition process from lead generation to final closure
Market Intelligence
Act as a liaison between the customers and operations staff
Liaise with customers on payments as well as address shipping or quality issues to maintain a strong business relationship
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry in CRM
Follow up with proposed customers for unfinished bookings on platform
Ensure customer delight
Generating leads for other BUs
