Urgent Requirement for Agency Manager in an Leading Insurance Company for Bhavnagar/Rajkot/Junagadh/Veraval/Gandhidham/Mehsana/Deesa/Surat/Vadodara/Bharuch/Valsad/Vapi/Godhra.

Note : Candidate must be local Resident or Resident more than 4 yr in mentioned Locations.

Designation:Agency Manager 

Education: Graduation (Must)

CTC: Agency Manager - Upto 2.60 L +Incentives.

Industry: Any Sales/BFSI/Insurance/Banking.

Experience : Graduate Fresher (with good database to recruit advisors) OR Min 1 year into any sales domain.

Location:Rajasthan/Gujrat (Bhavnagar/Rajkot/Junagadh/Veraval/Gandhidham/Mehsana/Deesa/Surat/Vadodara/Bharuch/Valsad/Vapi/Godhra.).

Channel: Agency Vertical

Age: Upto 35 yrs

Role: Team Leading

Key Responsibilities:a. Achievement of Business Plans,b. Team Building

1. Recruit Advisor and conduct business throught them.(E.g Retired person,freshers,students,Jobless).
2. Ensure that the Agents are engaged, motivated and productive by forging a strong relationship Ensure that Agents are constantly inducted, activated and productive Drive the incentive schemes to ensure that the Agents income exceeds benchmark Drive the R&R schemes floated by HO, ZO and branch Support the Agents in liaison with the HO for addressing their requirements/ concerns Being fully compliant to all the norms laid down by the regulators and the company.

Designation:Ass. Agency Manager

Education: MBA Fresher or Graduate with Experience.

CTC: Agency Manager - Upto 3.5 L +Incentives.

Industry: Any Sales/BFSI/Insurance/Banking.

Experience: MBA Fresher (Interested in Sales of Life Insurance) OR Min 1 year into any sales domain.

Location:Rajasthan/Gujrat (Ahmedabad - C.G.Road/Ahmedabad - C.G.Road/Rajkot/Surat/Baroda).

Channel: Direct Vertical

Age: Upto 35 yrs

Role: Individual

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contacting existing Clients to Renew and upgrade their Existing Policy of the Company.
2. Generate Sales Leads from existing Customers of the Company.
3. Acheiving Sales Target.
