Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring for the position of Executive- Client Relations (for Lead Generation), for a Group firm in FMCG Industry at Sohna Road Gurgaon with a Salary budget of UPTO 3 LPA.

Job Responsibility-

1. To be responsible for contacting potential FMCG Vendors telephonically and brief them about company.

2. Read the prepared script when pitching the company's profile and services.

3. Provide any information that the client requests.

4. Redirect calls to the relevant department if necessary.

5. Asking questions to engage prospects and keep the conversation going.

6. Gathering and documenting prospect information in the database for follow ups.

7. Answering questions to prospect about the company and grab interest to generate leads.

Should Have-

1. Proven experience in Client Relations/ Calling/ Lead Generation/customer service role.

2. Proven track record of successfully meeting pre sales quotas preferably over the phone.

3. Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills

5. Comfortable in Hindi and understand English.

6. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints

7. Persistent and results-oriented.
