Location :- Ludhiana

Experience:-Experience of 1 years in BFSI sales.

Salary:-up to 3.25 lac's pa + 54k pa Reimbursement + Incentives

Responsibilities and Duties :-

* Unit Manager will be recruiting advisors, handling the team && generating
business from them.
* Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
* Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA
certification.
* Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company
targets.
* Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their
productivity and set new targets.
