Are you the one we are looking for
Inviting applications for the role of AVP, BankingIn this role, you will be responsible for Critical thinking for the team and the organization to deliver strategic projects for the process/ organization. Deliver on transformation agenda through deployment of digital tools within run services operations. Lead Service delivery across multiple retail banking/business banking expertise processes such as originations, customer onboarding, account servicing, disputes, chargebacks, branch servicing. People Management - People Management & Development skills; should be able to lead multiple functions with large teams through effective people management and development approach. Partner, client & Quality Management
Responsibilities- Balancing service delivery across multiple blended processes with large headcount
- Authority in defining service delivery framework (floor scheduling & staffing, occupancy management, seat utilization etc.)
- Lead transformation within balanced services through deployment of right fit digital technologies
- Delivering efficiency by meeting process critical metrics. Understand & implement various policies of the organization and build a culture of customer perfection and compliance around them
- Implementing Service management principles in service delivery. Ensure various resources are available for effective operations through connection with other functions of the organization
- Help build critical issue points for the end customer to call out issues. Identifying risks/challenges and developing mitigation plans to ensure smooth and flawless operation. Drives continual improvement projects within process to ensure better efficiencies.
- Understand the partners and client s priorities and act upon them
- Proactive communication and connect with the partners/clients on process updates, risks, challenges & highlights
- Managing client visits effectively
- Maintain strategic & tactical relationship with clients and internal partners to build confidence and trust in the implementation of Success factors while adapting changes to ensure that their needs are met
Minimum qualifications
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- Meaningful work experience from Banking industry
- Excel and Presentation skills
- Good communication skills & highly proactive in approach
- Experience in digital deployments preferred
