We are inviting applications for the role of ManagementTrainee, Procurement
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist who will be responsible for Vendor Profile Creation & Management, Outline Agreement Creation & Management and Catalog Creation & Management.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Procurement domain.
- Build and maintain vendor profiles
- Populate contract documents upload sheet
- update and maintain metadata master sheet and contracts tracker
- Perform contract base-lining and reporting
- Receive, validate, and send OLA requests
- Build and maintain the Catalogs on the tool by studying the spend pattern and category characteristics
- Need to ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are put in place with the latest updates
- Work towards simplifying the process through continuous improvements
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications- Masters degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related discipline or advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant work experience
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Intermediate Knowledge of MS Office Applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Exposure to eCatalog environments (Ariba, SAP would be added advantage)
- Intermediate level of Presentation Skills
- Proficiency in Analysis & Reporting
- Exposure to eProcurement automation
- Experience in Supplier Onboarding Process for Catalogs
