Job Description
Process Developer, Accounts Receivable Deductions
In this role, you are responsible for inventory reconciliations and error resolution of variances between Warehouse system/inventory and SAP/corporate inventory
You will work with different business units such as in plant/warehouse contacts, helpdesk, customer service, loss and damage prevention plus partners
You will be encouraged to be focused on B2B (business to business) transactions and to execute the accurate data entry in SAP
Responsibilities- analyze, research and problem seek/variances as they arise on a timely manner and communicate verbally and electronically with appropriate business etiquette both internally and externally
- input accurate data entry in SAP
- handle and cleanup daily, weekly and monthly inventory activities
Minimum qualifications
- Trade Deductions transactions & procedures such as Rebates, Promotions, Discounts, Loss & Damages
- Exposure in a collections role; comfortable in a voice function which requires handling calls from clients/customers
- College graduate of any business course
- Fair written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to details skills
- Good MS office skills especially excel due to reporting
- Specific similar process experience relevant business experience
- Previous experience in warehouse management, inventory management, supply chain management
- Prior experience in SAP and JDE
