Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Answering premium customer queries via call channel.

2) Establish a relationship and trust with customers by ensuring qualitative service.

3) Passion to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic work environment

Requirements:

Required candidate with good English communication skills

Qualification:

Any graduate or undergraduate can apply

Experience Required :

Any fresher or experience can apply.

Shift Timings : Six days working, rotational weekly off
