Job Description
Lending Operations & Customer Service are key to the business for running NBFC. This position requires attention to detail in operations excellence, Customer service and a sense of ownership with passion for delivering satisfying results in a fast-paced, agile environment will be encouraged for both Operations or Customer Service
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain operational flows, reconciliation and settlement processes and procedures
- Involve in system design, selection and play a key role in the implementation of suitable systems and solutions
- Develop sound vendor management practice and procedures to protect the interest of the company
- Manage co-lenders directly and coordinate for fund allocation, movement & reconciliation
- Visit Co- Lenders as and when required for process management, improvement and process audits.
- The document, maintain and improve the Business Processes to improve customer experience
- Formulating process guidelines for Operational processes and continuously improving via innovation and automation in close coordination with all departments of the organization.
- Process Management: Monitoring the process-wise SLA's, driving improvement projects and processes and implementing adequate measures to maximise productivity. Identifying & analysing the problem areas and determining a solution to resolve the issue.
- Manage the overall day-to-day operational processes within the payment and financial services team
- Design, implement and manage a cohesive financial and operational strategy and ensure operational efficiency
- Create & maintain operational budgets and financial plans
- Track and analyze metrics to determine growth opportunities and improvement areas
- Identify new revenue opportunities and target markets for the product
- Liaise with regulators, public authorities, Lenders and ensure compliance with the relevant laws and regulations
- Drive an innovation culture and generate brand visibility
- Adopt a risk-based approach to proactively identify and address risks
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA Finance preferably with an understanding of Technical concepts
- Have at least 8-10 years experience in a similar role at mid to higher management level
- Have proven operational experience in a FinTech or financial institution
- Knowledge of CRM and Account Management systems are preferred.
- Demonstrate professional maturity and leadership skills with strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Possess experience in innovative payment mechanisms and understand FinTech laws and regulations on local and international markets
- Excel in working relationships with the banks, regulators and lenders with Excellent Communication skills.
- Possess high level of trust to drive best practices with minimal supervision
- Have outstanding project management and leadership skills
- Have a strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
- Possess excellent analytical skills, in-depth understanding of business models
