About the Role
This role is responsible for administering Cash Processing function. Duties for this role will include supervising the Cash functional applications, Process Mailboxes, resolving Cash related escalations, third party transaction issues. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate process trainings, team meetings or present information to an audience.
  • Engaging team members, their performance management, career development, coaching, hiring, mentoring, and succession planning.
  • Ability to facilitate process trainings, team meetings or present information to an audience.
  • Should be able to use lean and six sigma tools.
  • Should understand the error patterns, work be able to work on approvals/disbursements.
  • Identify controls and mitigate ops loss or near miss scenarios in the process.
Essential Qualifications
  • University degree in Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
  • Experience of more than 3 years minimum in Cash Functions in Commercial Real Estate. Overall 8+ yrs of experience.
  • Knowledge in Commercial Real Estate will be an added advantage
  • High level understanding of US Real Estate, Mortgage, Commercial Mortgage Servicing, loan agreements and documentation
  • Excellent Communication Skills
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience of training, mentoring and giving feedbacks
  • Completed CMS 1.0, CMS 2.0 and Campus MBA I
