Job Description

Dear Candidates,

We are urgently looking for an Accounts Associate in a manufacturing company in a Randstad payrolls.

JD below for your reference.

Age : 40 years Maximum

Qualification : B.Com / M.Com with minimum 60% marks

Working Exp : Min 5 years in the Accounting field. SAP hands on.

Brief JD of Associate

Invoice verification with GRN and book the same in SAP (FHCR, Service invoice and other material invoice)

Centralised Bill receiving and tracking the invoice, sending updates to user

Checking transporter invoice with LR and booking liability as per due date

Processing of FI invoice -Based on Approval, Agreement and Work order

Month end closing activities provision of expense

Billing of scrap sale in sap

TDS/TCS monthly working

Reconciliation of vendor ledger

Response to vendor and other user for any query

Travel bill checking and processing in SAP and reconciliation

Preparation of BRS on daily basis and circulate the same, Tracking of payment

Processing of Customer refund for scrap customer

Daily bank book entry

Tracking MSME vendors and process as per terms

Related Party Transaction - Transaction matching ,outstanding etc

Checking employee reimbursement and parking entries

Documentation of Foreign Payment

Salary 20K to 30K
