Job Description
Detailed JD:
- Responsible to drive functional Safety(ASIL B/D) requirements across the multiple IP/SS in the Auto chips
- Manage a functional Safety related tasks as required in the ASIC development end to end from conception, product requirements to silicon validation, ensuring successful end-to-end solution delivery
- Determine risks, develop mitigation strategies and communication to internal and external key stakeholders
- Co-ordination multi-site and multi-discipline teams to successful project completion
- Roll-up and reporting regularly to Senior Management on Key Product Development Milestones, Metrics, Risks/ Mitigation plans etc
- Allocation of Project staffing across projects in alignment with Resource Managers
- Works closely with ASIC design implementation teams driving requirements and closure of SS/IP s as per the spec/definition
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors or degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years Program Management or related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in the semiconductor industry with 2-3 years in Project/Program Management
- Fair experience in Microsoft Tools like Excel, Power point, Word
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate at all levels
- Semiconductor design cycle, Development and Process from design to customer deployment
- Knowledge of Auto safety/ISO26262 process, Auto SOC development
- Track record of proven leadership/management experience
- Process definition & implementation
