Job Description

Skills Requirements:

1. Good verbal/email communication

2. Good in excel & ability to work on large data size

3. Deadline-Oriented

4. Reporting & Presentation skills

5. Aware with audit practices followed in the industry

6. Good in Accounting & Finance Fundamentals

7. Good in reading legal contracts, SOW, PO etc.

Education, Experience Requirements:

1. Bachelors or masters degree accounting/finance with minimum 7 years of experience or

2. CA with minimum 4 years post qualification experience in accounting/finance

3. Experience in process audits will be an added advantage

4. Need to be aware of revenue accounting, recognition, reporting concepts

5. Experience in invoicing & revenue team of IT/ITES/Shared Service.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review of types of invoicing like Time & Material, Fix Price, Advance billing, Hourly billing etc.

2. Understanding of MIS of the organization & identifying the data points which impact the revenue of the company

3. Review of correct application of terms and conditions mentioned related to invoicing & payments in the contract with customers.

4. Reconciliation of the data points which impacts the billing to customer, doing billable to billed reconciliation on monthly/quarterly basis.

5. Finding & controlling the revenue leakage points & setting/improving the current practices followed to minimize the leakages.

6. Preparing dashboards & presentations for management after completion of monthly audit activities.

7. Account receivable management, follow up with internal and external stakeholders
