Job Description
- Define operational excellence plan for unit in conjunction with business needs
- Deploy operational excellence plan at the unit level in conjunction with the Operational Excellence CoE
- Drive the Process excellence and Quality standard implementation for unit in line with established industry standards and customer requirements.
- Lead programs to bring innovation and operational improvements
- Drive rigorous metrics analysis to identify and improve operations
- Identify the right set of metrics, collect metrics, create scorecard and present scorecard to stakeholders and top management
- Ability to work with people at all levels to implement change and improvements
- Facilitate RCA and deep dives to identify corrective and preventive actions
- Provide support to project teams during planning, process tailoring and project execution
- Report project quality related issues to top management on regular basis.
- Conduct employee training on quality standards and processes
- Good hands- on and expertise in conducting Audits/ Reviews and driving the improvement plans to closure.
- Expertise / Deep knowledge in methodology Process
