Roles and Responsibilities


JOB DESCRIPTION 1 - Operations Executive


  • Works with the (Accelerate Foundation) to advise clients on creating profitable process and ensures proper procedures for review and approval are met at the department level.
  • Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.
  • Maintains marketing staff by training employees, maintaining a safe and secure work environment, developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Conduct training sessions/ presentations on new initiatives, policies, and process as and when needed.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing standards, training representatives, monitoring calls, evaluating outcomes.
  • Resolves client problems, maintaining reference manuals and dialogue guides, providing information, answering questions.
  • Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments, participating with and providing resources to business improvement teams.
  • Keeps management informed by preparing reports, interpreting information, making recommendations.
  • Maintains coordination with Assigned Team.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Must be a Graduate
  • Preferred +1 year of experience in vender management
  • Good Problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Can effectively convince others on business matters.


JOB DESCRIPTION 2 - HR Executive


  • To ensure that the monthly HRP (Human Resource Planning) of the assigned vertical to be done within due TAT.
  • To carry out the talent acquisition as per the pre-decided manpower requirements.
  • To carry out the negotiation with the candidates
  • To facilitate the joining of the candidate and provide the desired assistance at the time of joining.
  • To maintain daily reports related to talent acquisition.
  • To perform other HR activities as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Recruitment Marketing team by different marketing tools
  • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions.
  • Keeps management informed by preparing reports, interpreting information, making recommendations.
  • Support operation team to achieve the target.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelors Degree in any field
  • More than 1 year of experience will get preference.
  • Must be enthusiastic and initiator
  • Experience of using social sites (Facebook, Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed etc.)


JOB DESCRIPTION 3 - Back Office Executive


  • Gathering and processing research data.
  • Performing basic admin duties including sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
  • Assisting and coordinating with the internal operations team.
  • Assisting with clients to support the team.
  • Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
  • Supporting management team.
  • Accuracy & Timeliness in maintenance of MIS.
  • Daily, weekly& monthly reporting to the seniors.
  • Sorting the correspondence, implementing and optimizing procedures and collaborating with other departments.
  • Support team in handling documentation.
  • Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must be a Graduate
  • Good in organizational skills
  • Have Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM and 95% accuracy
  • Have strong communication skills.
