Education: Graduate or HSC
Desirable: Graduate
*Experience Candidates should at least 6months to 2 years of experience in Handling a team in an International BPO
Technical Competencies:
*(Job related)Good Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
*Good Analytical skills, should be able to highlight the observation with the daily, weekly and monthly production data.
*Should manage the team independently with a very minimum support from the AM.
*Should able to communicate to the client as and when required.
*Need to keep the team members motivated and provide feed back regularly.
*Soft Skills: (Job related) Good communication & Interpersonal skills Should be a go-getter *Should be able to take decisions independently
Others: Should be willing to work in US night shift.
Mandatory: US shift.
