Overview of the Role TL / STL
Location: Chennai,Gurgaon,Pune
Reporting to : Project Manager
Experience : 7.1 10 Yrs & 10+ Yrs and above
Role Description
Incedo is building core products/platforms as part of its go-to-market strategy.
As a Backend resource at the Incedo , you will be working on the products and solutions. Your core responsibilities will include participation in design, coding, and testing activities, building innovative components and services for cutting edge product line.The individual should have significant experience in planning and delivering on product requirements using agile methodologies, and in managing a bunch of very smart engineers and keeping them highly motivated.
The individual must have proven experience in building and scaling strong engineering teams that deliver great products working very collaboratively with BU, Product Management and Solution teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Should have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Micro Services
- Should be well versed with Agile Development methodologies
- Should have strong debugging and communication skill
- Should participate in design discussions and provide application designs, architecture, timeline estimations
- Problem solving mind and attitude
- Ability to interface well with externally facing departments and directly with customers
- Effective communication skills written, spoken, listening and presentation
- Great Team player and experience working with global teams and global organizations
- Genuine interest in learning and knowledge sharing
Primary Skills :
- Understanding of Spring Boot 2.x , Microservices and higher with the ability to create an initial project with the correct starter modules.
- Proficiency with Spring Framework 4.x and higher.
- Thorough understanding of Java 8 or higher.
- Innovate new approaches algorithms, libraries, tools, platforms, for relevant development areas
- Strong programming skills in Core JAVA / J2EE expert level
- Good at data structures, algorithms, problem solving and design patterns
- Knowledge of Web Services, Spring, ORM Frameworks, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Gateway, OAuth2.0, Spring Security, JWT, Eureka, Hystrix, Apache Cassandra
- Should be well familiar with SQL/NO-SQL database
- Knowledge of Spring Batch, Kubernetes, Docker is a plus point
- Ability to use GIT and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins without direction.
- Should have worked with highly scale-able web applications
- Should be well familiar with SQL/NO-SQL database
- Should be handling a team
