Sales Executive, Hutchinson India
The sale executive should have at least 1.5 plus years of work experience, preferably in sales , either face to face or over the phone. Should be well - versed in communicating in English & Hindi.
The sales e xecutive (tele) will be responsible in achieving set individual targets, handle members with outmost respect & importance.

Role Profile:
- Receive inbound & dial outbound calls to help members with their travel plans
- Answer member questions, as well as question members to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
- Document all calls with regards to member inquires accurately.Monitor CRM so call returns are done in a timely fashion.
- Follow - u p with members within a 24- hour period in regards to the initial phone call. Even if it is to just touch base and let members know that their inquiry is still be researched.
- Provide quality customer service on every call.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with members, and good l istening skills.
- Recognizing and managing assertive member calls.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
