Job Description

Job Profile:

• Sampling of all Raw materials (Solid & Liquid materials) and also Packing Materials.
• Sampling of Intermediate & Inprocess materials.
• Performing Raw Materials and Intermediate product Analysis.
• Preparing Related Raw material Documents.
• Handling of instruments and equipments as HPLC and other related to analytical instruments and equipments in QC department.
• Performing Calibration of pH meter, Analytical Balance, Melting Point, Boiling point
• Msc Is Required

HPLC ( Make Dionex and Modl- Summit ; Make Shimadzu and Model- LC2010C ; Software- Chromeleon 6.8 SR 11

UV Visible Spectrophotometer - ( Make : Shimadzu ; Model-V-1700 Pharmaspec )

Dissolution Test Apparatus :( Make : Labindia ; Model-DS8000

Disintegration Test Apparatus (Make : Electrolab ; Model-ED-2 SAPO)

Analytical Balance ( Make: A & D Company ; Model:- GR-202 )

pH meter ( Make - Labindia ; Model- PHAN )

Friability test apparatus ( Make - Popular Science Appratus pvt.Ltd. ; Model- FTA-024 )

Hardness tester ( Make Scientech; Model -SE-276(A) )

Digital Verniar caliper ( Make : Mitutoyo; Model-Series500)

Karl Fischer (Lab India)

Potentiometric (Lab India) and Coductometric
