Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Management
- First point of contact - Quality Counseling & Admission
- Allocating Application to Student Success Officer with document & status update
- Updating Lead Track in CRM
- Counseling
- Provide Effective & Student Centric Counseling
- Open with options - Ours + Theirs (free/paid)
- Chart actionable career path based on student profile
- Collating academic and non-academic activities / events / organizations to fulfill the charted
- career path for students
- Mentor students with smart, flexible & adaptive problem solving approaches.
Student Experience
- Ensure outstanding student experience (Clear and available information, Fast turn around,
- Ensure minimal effort by student, Seamless experience)
- Updating students on status (like IELTS score, Offer Letter, Loan Sanctioned, Visa Arrival, Joining School etc.) immediately as it is available
- Organize Pre-Departure
- Going extra mile / taking extra effort even if not promised to satisfy student/parent
- Organizing external / off campus accommodation, flight, airport transfer etc. with the help of SSE
Sales Activities
- Convert leads into potential clients and potential clients into admitted students.
- Influence Potential student for SAT, IELTS, Edge Out and Study Abroad services
- Assist Senior Manager in Online & Offline Events / Fairs
- Invite your students to the relevant events
Supervisory Activities
- Monitor SSE on daily & weekly basis
- Coordinate with SSE for seamless delivery of services (SAT, Study Abroad, IELTS, Edgeout etc.)
- for each admitted student's success step-by-step
- Quickly reply to the TASK created by SSO (with the help of SSE)
Reputation & Loyalty Management
- Celebrate Success of individual admitted students.
- Execute & Manage Alumni Centre
- Create Ambassador Program & Referrals
- Get all students connected with social media
- Get students testimonials, feedback, rating
