Manager Contract Load
Contract Load supervisor responsible for managing team of individuals uploading contract in the ERP. Manage supplier and internal sales communication. Supervise both supplier compliance with contractual obligations and production trends through analytics and root cause analysis. Provide recommendations to management for operational improvements based on analytical findings. Develop system and departmental subject matter expertise. Uses critical thinking, data analysis, research and contract compliance knowledge to provide outstanding customer service and operational excellence
Responsibilities
Review and approve key changes to contracts pricing, effective dates for key customers / high $ value
Review reconciliation and analysis of accounting information for suppliers on customer eligibility and price.
Ensure accuracy of the data entered pricing, effective dates etc. Proactively identify customer price file discrepancies and work to resolve.
Act as customer concern point for supplier issues
Develop system and departmental subject matter expertise and participate as a team member on projects. Manager will be responsible for coordinating the contract expiration process, training the team. Execute the Contract Expiration process, process renewals, send out proactive communications
Perform trend analysis for operational improvements
Handle supplier communication and with focus on speed to answer and comprehensive responses
Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements.
Review exception reports daily and utilize reporting to identify possible issues.
Proactively work with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreements, specifically the timeliness and completeness of information. Review potential customer concern issues and proactively plan for solution
Ensure that service level expectations are met or exceeded.
Utilize systems and software to perform sophisticated research assignments.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Any Graduate
Ability to work on multiple ERP, master data and workflow solutions
Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications
Related business experience in Financial Services, Accounting, Financial, or Wholesale Drug industry.
Experience should involve contract administration, reconciliations, supervising customer compliance, problem solving, research and analysis.
Demonstrated ability to identify gaps in business operations and offer potential solutions. Proven track record in successfully maintaining key accounts, as well as research and analysis capabilities
Exposure to ERPs like JD Edwards and SAP 7.4
