  • Improve value of QA by supporting continual improvement of testing to better expose flaws, Reduce Mean Time To Resolve on issues identified in QA through real-time RCA.
  • Collaborate across functions to drive and grow the maturity of QA test plans.
  • A focus of this position will be to significantly improve testing processes for driver updates to identify functional and stability issues, this will require solid and demonstrable experience in these techniques
  • Ensure to consider performance always and evaluated as part of QA testing.
  • Articulating technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Lateral thinking, seeing opportunities to mitigate issues pending final solutions
  • Stakeholder management collaborating with internal staff at all levels, driving vendors to Engage and act.
  • Excellent experience of the Microsoft stack Windows 10 through Server, Office
Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in related field Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred qualification
  • Customer management, Team management, Good Interpersonal and Communication skills, Detail Oriented, Problem solving and Analytical ability, Reasoning skills, Work Under Stress in multiple time zones.
