Job Description

Profile : K-1 Tax support Analyst

Experience : 0.6 - 3.5 Years

Location : Hyderabad

Salary : Upto 3.5 Lpa

Notice Period : 30 Days Max

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and should have a prior calling experience in banking.
Solve queries of the customer via call.
Will be responsible to follow the procedures accordingly to solve the customer queries related to tax, banking / finance standards, etc.
Give customer satisfaction with confident and polite tone.
Candidate should have minimum 6 months experience in banking process, and should have experience in handling confidential information to include PII (Personal Identifiable Information).
