Job Description
Assistant Vice President, Information Architecture
In this role you will be responsible for running Information Architecture team for Genpact India & Global Operations
Responsibilities- Partnering with business unit leadership, the information architect will provide strategic recommendations to improve the value of information assets via their creation, access and use.
- Improve value derived from data and analytics: Develop value creation using the organizations data assets, as well as the external data ecosystem
- Surface information priority: Assess the benefits and the risks of information capability models to build an information-centric view
- Ensure that the architecture is used as a lens and a filter to identify, prioritize and execute the data and analytic initiatives with clear line of sight to enterprise strategies and business outcomes.
- Aid in the analysis of data and analytics security requirements and solutions, and work with the chief information security officer
- Improve business performance through enterprise information solutions and capabilities
- Graduation/ Post-graduation from a reputed university
- In-depth experience of designing and implementing information solutions
- Hands-on experience with implementing data and analytics management programs is preferred
- Effective conceptualization, pattern recognition and teaming skills
- Intuition for business, and ability to communicate to executives, business domain partners and technical staff alike
- Experience with innovation and conceptualization methods, such as design thinking
- Business domain, data/content and process understanding (which are more important than technical skills)
- Familiarity with data science concepts, as well as MDM, business intelligence, and data warehouse design and implementation techniques.
- Ability to build marketing and messaging materials that meet partner needs
