Job Description
Manager, Finance Excellence - TTS Analyst The Assistant Management Accountant Reporting & Sales Accounting reports to the ANZ Management Accountant Manager. The role also manages an extended offshore team in India. encouraged to make sure issues are identified & dealt with before/as they arise Key AccountabilitiesProcess Skills- Turnover Flash (Sales minus Rebates) and validating SAP BW, Types of Rebates Fix Vs Variable
- Deep understanding of Disposals to 3rd party / Acquisition of products and its impact on category level & regional reporting hierarchies
- Resolving finance risks
- Proactive risk management and controls: making sure issues are identified & dealt with before/as they arise
- Operational excellence in actual result reporting by ensuring the integrity of the data & timely submission
- Hierarchies, Advance excel / VBA and SAP & SAP BW
- Power BI Visualization / PPT Skills
- Anaplan Planning Tool, Uniprom to SAP posting interface
- Regional perspective, Disposals tracking, and analysis
- Trade spend analytics at the contract level, Partner Management
- Analyze/supervise rebates for the customer level.
- Partner with Category, MDM for NPDs, and new product mapping and Finance teams to ensure visibility and provide insights to drive actions.
- Provide key inputs for decision support, TTS reconciliation
- Communicating to the internal partners
- Timely & accurate Sales Accounting process perfection
- Proficient in handling finance queries
- Process improvement planning
- Good to have expertise on Hyperion
- Strong FP&A /analysis skills
- University degree or equivalent, Working experience in CPG Finance
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, written & verbal
- SAP and Excel knowledge, Expertise in Power BI
- Excel and Presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Experience in FMCG business or similar role
- Accounting/Finance degree is meaningful, with achieved or working towards CPA or CA or equivalent qualification
- Drive proactive action through leadership and influence
- Ability to drive process optimization and simplification with a continuous improvement attitude, Planning and organization skills - to handle competing priorities
- Leading process improvement
- Self-motivated & able to work as a team
