- Monitoring and supporting On-premises and cloud-based infrastructure
- Diagnosing infra and application alerts, events, or incidents
- Provide L1 support to all the infra and application issues.
- Co-ordinate incidents to closure
- Send regular updates to leadership and stakeholders about the incident
- Drive RCA and collaborate with action owners
- Ability to effectively capture, store, analyze & present metrics data
- As a 24X7X365 organization, shifts, work on holidays and on-call responsibilities would be expected
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of Technical support/Systems administration/Network administration/NOC background desirable
- Strong troubleshooting skills, understanding of support tickets, monitoring, processes and metrics
- Experience resolving issues and requests in a timely manner
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to think proactively, passion towards problem-solving
- Dependability, strengths in teamwork and communication
- Attention to detail, and desire to complete work accurately and quickly
- Strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Nice to have Understanding of Production Monitoring solutions using APM tools (Example: Graylog, Kibana, Dynatrace, Datadog etc.)
- Nice to have an understanding of Redis, Memcached or any other memory caching or session caching will be a plus.
Primary Responsibility: Monitoring, Site reliability, troubleshooting, Capacity utilization, server provisioning
