*Principal Consultant - BPM
Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - BPM
In this role, you will be responsible for Application Support Operations and maintenance of multiple applications & databases, used by business units and infrastructure teams. You will function as a Support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for technical delivery of IBM BPM/IBM-ODM/Java-J2EE/Middleware-Technologies development project and manage L2/L3 support for implemented projects
- Analyze requirements, identify various components or sub-components to be developed, identify all internal/external interfaces for data exchange. Define technical design, effort estimations, code, test, debug and document solutions that are required to full the project requirements
- Drive Business Process Management (BPM)- process design/modelling, process implementation, integration of technologies, performance tuning, improvements and maintenance
- Working experience on IBM BPM Version 8.5 and above. Must have skills in BPD and BPM coach development, Headless Approach, Web Services integration, implementing and working with REST API/services
- Rule based solution development in complex environment using IBM ODM/Jrules. Implementing Rule Governance using ODM Decision Center and Enterprise console
- Ability to interpret business requirement and creation of execution object model Development and testing of business rules using Business Action Language and Decision Tables
- Experienced with IBM ODM 8.X version with WebSphere Application Server
- Familiarity with techniques/tools and standard methodologies to be used for rule extraction/harvesting from existing legacy systems and their externalization
- Experience in Java/J2EE development
- Estimates for any new improvements or extensions, provide solutions for identifying gaps, find opportunities to improve systems and architecture by working with teams
- Coordinate technical development activates, evaluate and report performance of the project
- Provide technical direction and supervision to offshore team, review their deliverables and keep track of progress. Ensure all issues or risks identified are resolved or mitigated
- Coordinate with deployment teams and other related groups for successful rollout of new system/component in production. Coordinate with end users for User Acceptance Testing and acquire sign-off
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications- BE/B Tech/ MCA/BCA
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and skills
- BPM:- Must have very good understanding of BPMN 2.0 , Coach Implementation, Must have knowledge of REST APIs. Good to have knowledge of IID.
- Hands on development experience with IBM Integration Designer (IBM IID 8.x)
- Knowledge of end to end BRMS based systems integration & customizations.
- Knowledge of WODM or JRules / ILOG and/or other industry standard Business Rules Engines.
- Knowledge of Agile development- Scrum, Kanban
