Job Description

Primary Purpose:
The Business System Analyst is responsible to gather, analyze and formalize users business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project.

Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze and formalize users business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project.
Conduct gap analysis of current business process to identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare project documentation such as Requirement Specifications/Use Case Specifications etc Adhere to project scope, update requirement traceability matrix, inform and record out-of-scope issues.
Develop detail technical design specification and translate technical design into process/program specification. Involve in the design review session.
Make changes to configurable items, which include hardware, software, documentation, etc.
Translate specifications to program codes, conforming to program guidelines and programming best practices
Develop unit test package, automate, execute tests & document test results to ensure the quality of the program
Participate in code review.
Participate in integration testing, system testing, and User Acceptance Test & implementation activities.
Prepare and maintain system documentation, user manual and operations manual
Plan & facilitate training of users and operators.
Provide post implementation support (including production support and service requests).
Escalate and discuss critical issues such as scope creep with the relevant managers. Customer /Vendor Management
Build rapport with the users and their technical staff and manage their expectation
Have clear and open communication with customers on project issues or clarifications Team Management
May lead technical team in smaller projects Track the teams progress and provide updates
Work with team members to resolve problems promptly and provide effective solution

Requirement:

Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
Typically 4-7 years IT experience
Industry-specific Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g.: MCP, MCSD, MCSE, MCDBA, MCPD, MCTS, etc.)
Technical skills: .Net framework, C# .Net, ASP.Net 4.0 and above, WCF, MVC 5, Entity Framework, LINQ, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript AJAX.
Working knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, database design
Experience in using design patterns
Ability to produce specifications for documentations and implementations Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience in IT business analysis techniques
Degree Holder
Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques
Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship; Proficient in written and spoken English
Able to travel as required

Java script, jQuery, JSON, CSS, Web API,
SQL Server 2008/SQL Server 2015 (preferred), HTML,
Visual Studio 2015,
Microservices, AngularJS/Bootstrap (desired) LinQ Node.JS, Azure
Entity Framework, SOLID design Principles
Object Oriented Programming, OOPS, Data Structure
