Position: Digital Marketing AnalystLocation: Chennai/ Bengaluru

Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with the Business Intelligence department to support the definition and requirements for Power BI dashboards for this department's use cases.
- Setup and maintain campaign tracking, data collection, and customer reporting.
- Produce customer-facing program reports through presentations and other supporting visuals.
- Provide daily and weekly performance status of campaigns in-flight and communicate with the internal team to recommend optimizations.
- Apply knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support needs related to tag management and paid media.
- Identify and run A/B test and optimization adjustments to increase the performance of channels and campaigns.
- Leverage data tools to pull together a data story and assess the outcome of any test or potential program.
- Act as the subject matter expert on customer meetings with the ability to speak confidently about the data and recommendations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field.
- Certified or proven expert using analytics/reporting in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Ad Manager, Google Tag Manager, social media reporting on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn.
- 5+ years experience leveraging earned, owned and paid media and/or working for an advertising agency
- Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and experience creating digital and marketing strategies
- Recent Google Adwords Certification preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing principles and digital user experiences across marketing channels.
- Agency work or media planner experience preferred
- Mastery of manipulating and analysing large data sets
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PPTX
- Advanced skills in PowerBI or Tableau
