Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, PEN Testing
When building software, we will be going through many stages from initial requirements to go live, it s important to ensure that everything works according to specification.
That s why we re looking for a quality assurance engineer to help us maintain our high level of quality.
QA tester will hunt bugs, identify issues, report them, and see that they re dealt with
Responsibilities:
- Perform security penetration testing and vulnerability assessment for internal, external perimeter, wireless networks and web applications, IT infrastructure, end-points, cloud etc.
- Experience in testing diverse infra components including various enterprise platforms such as private clouds, Openshift infra, dockers/container infra etc.
- Source code reviews, red team exercises, security architecture configuration reviews, and technical security compliance reviews
- Thorough experience in configurations reviews against CIS benchmarks and security standards
- Penetration testing skills including the use of security assessment and hacker tools; e.g. BURP, AppScan, Fortify, Wireshark, nmap, netcat, ZAP, FireBug, Nessus, John the Ripper
- IT security knowledge and Good to have Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, Qualys, InsightVM, AppScan,etc).
- TCP/IP networking, Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems, network and data center architecture knowledge
- Web-based applications and services (SOAP/REST)
- Good knowledge in network technologies like TCP/IP, Ethernet etc.
- Coordinate with Onsite coordinators and execute test cases with agreed timelines.
- Defect logging and participate in triage calls
- Attend all project and customer meeting
- Able to resolve all technical queries and technical issues related to QA testing
- Engage in technical discussions, participate in technical designs and present technical ideas for review & consideration.
- Work closely with peers and engage with a global, fast paced technical design and development team to deliver tasks to meet product release goals.
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech. / M.Tech. (Specialized in Electronics / Communication / Computer science)
. OSCP certification (preferred), SANS or Certified Penetration Tester, Certified Expert Penetration Tester or GIAC Certified Penetration Tester
Preferred qualifications:
Atleast 3 years of professional experience in Software and embedded firmware development, Automation and Functional Testing area
Infra and App pentester with experience
Well verse in understanding requirements, scenario identification, writing test cases, test execution and debugging.
Able to work under minimal supervision and be self-directed.
Able to work with global team members including time zone flexibility
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
