Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assigning the task to the field force, explaining them the details on call and getting it done

Working on multiple tech tools/platforms (Emails, WhatsApp, Calls, Messages, CRM, etc) to
maintain the workflow

Calling Field Executives on daily basis and Following up and providing the training as and when
required.

Understanding the procedural logic and perform the duties accordingly

Operating the computer and mobile (Making calls on regular basis and sending WhatsApp
message) for the assignment of the tasks to the Field Executives
