Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :1 Delivery Management of large digital transformation programs 2 Coach and mentor the team 3 People Management 4 Sales/Presales devised strategies to mine the existing accounts and onboarding of new clients 5 Experience in eCommerce technologies and domain is a big plus
Technical Experience :1 Experience in java and spring boot 2 Exp in Custom Development, Kafka and Cloud environments 2 Project Management- Experience in handling large teams 3 Delivered projects using Agile development methodology 4 Ability to conduct code reviews and ensure quality compliance 5 Financials Management dealt with PL of various accounts 6 Digital Experience experience in execution of large scale digital engagements


Professional Attributes :1 Strong communication , client management , people management and stake holder management skills 2 Provide guidance to the team if the team faces any technical issues 3 Technically sound
