Job Description

• hiring for Technical support engineer
• Location: Delhi
• Must have experience in Antivirus, firewall and DLP
• Salary upto 35k inhand

Job Descirtion:

• Attend review meetings, handle escalations and advice customer with solutions
• Ensuring up time at customer sites
• Troubleshooting and coordination with OEM and backend teams
• Creation of reports and dashboard as per requirements information security, incident escalation and management, deployment of software and version, patches and other initiatives for system updation
• Up gradation Recommendation and implementation of proactive measures to customers.
• Implementation of security solutions at customer site
• ordination and work with sales team and customer assist in new infosec and related initiatives.
• Good verbal and written comm skills
• Prior experience in service industry is mandatory
