Job Descirtion:
Attend review meetings, handle escalations and advice customer with solutions
Ensuring up time at customer sites
Troubleshooting and coordination with OEM and backend teams
Creation of reports and dashboard as per requirements information security, incident escalation and management, deployment of software and version, patches and other initiatives for system updation
Up gradation Recommendation and implementation of proactive measures to customers.
Implementation of security solutions at customer site
ordination and work with sales team and customer assist in new infosec and related initiatives.
Good verbal and written comm skills
Prior experience in service industry is mandatory
