Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Data Scientist
In this role, we need hands-on Lead Consultant, Data Scientist for an opportunity to work on an AI enabled product with groundbreaking technologies. Your main responsibility will be to develop data pipelines and methods to support AI / ML development and deployment of software packages within a larger infrastructure to meet practical business needs and goals.
Responsibilities- Build and implement data pipeline processes to address business problems.
- Write reusable code to meet requirements of a diverse set of applications.
- Design custom scripts and datastores to support data science / software engineering methods.
- Find and fix performance bottlenecks and optimize for scalable data processing.
- Write documentation for end users and development team.
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Prior experience in building scalable, high-performance data-driven platforms.
- Good hands-on experience in Data Science (Python preferred).
- Experience using Machine Learning with supervised, unsupervised, classification, regression & clustering algorithms.
- Broad knowledge of Software Algorithms and ML Data Pipeline Architectures.
- Expertise in building efficient data pipelines for ETL and data processing.
- Solid grasp of SQL/noSQL methods such as PostreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch.
- Solid skills in Exploratory Analysis to discover insights in large datasets.
- Demonstrable experience in crafting practical solutions and delivering products.
- Ability to understand and get involved in sophisticated problem solving with partners.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g. Git).
- Understanding of Scrum /Agile methodology.
- Technologies such as machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI) and micro-service architecture.
- Creative thinker who can architect solutions to unknown problems.
- Superb communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Able to lead end to end implementation of solutions and full product life cycle.
- Good experience with Linux.
- Interest in Pharma industry domain.
