The products in the area are Member Growth, Member Engagement, My Account, Service Offerings, Customer ID & Sign-On, Triggered Communication, Cross-Channel Experience, Customer Lifecycle Management, Community & Social Sharing. We are looking to replace consultants in all these products.

Customer Engagement works with Loyalty programs, customer identification, and personalization.

What key competencies are crucial to succeed in this role
If leader position, what competence are needed beyond global leadership expectations
- Strong coding skills in iOS technology, including Swift and Objective C
- Experience and knowledge of webviews and performance
- Experience and knowledge of API design
- Experience and knowledge of writing testable and high-quality code
- What competencies are qualifying (nice to have)
- Experienced in agile software development practices (automated testing, mob/pair programming, CI/CD etc.)
- Comfortable in discussing product design and improvements
- Experienced in Azure DevOps and/or other cloud environments
- What specific experiences and/or education does the candidate need to have
- Degree Product specific experience
- Beneficial to have experience with customer facing sites, ideally retail and ecommerce. Ideal if there experience with large enterprises and high volume solutions.
