  • Has previous experience as an administrator and supported MAC environments in both bare metal and highly virtualized environments.
  • Work with 24x7 Global team to support production and nonproduction infrastructure.
  • Support deployment, change management, and perform root cause analysis for service interruption issues.
  • Document technical requirements and processes.
  • Ability to work well with the team and on various projects.
  • Skill in performing routine operations tasks and their automation. Routine tasks include system monitoring, reviewing system and application logs, and production support
  • Superb communication skills, be able to interpret and discuss information with both tech and non-tech decision makers
  • Strong problem-solving skills & Troubleshoot for Deployment errors and remediate manually wherever is needed
  • Check the JAMF and run appropriate actions on client machines
  • Check the scan errors and fix the agents or any other prevailing issues prior deployments
  • Impact analysis & prioritization
  • Zero-day patch to be handled
  • Continuous effort to keep the environment stable with minimal vulnerabilities.
  • Co-ordination with end users for remote connect and remediation
  • Document technical requirements and processes.
  • Experience with system monitoring tools
  • MAC Systems admin with scope over end user devices
  • Deploying and troubleshooting Deployment Policies on failed MACs End points
  • Vulnerability remediation through JAMF portal
Qualifications we seek in you Graduation: BCA/B.Tech/B.E, Superb Interpersonal skills. Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing& demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
